"To begin with, I arrived at the place; the door was closed, and I did not have the combination code for the building and do. ot the assigned room, never contacted by anyone. I was strolling in the street until a good Maltese Samaritan helped me contact the management using his phone; by the time I went to my room was 11:30 PM. The room service comes every day; they never changed the sheets or replaced the towels."

"I wish I could have reviewed this property fully. However upon arrival I was told that I was staying at one of their sister hotels, TJ Boutique. While it was a 5 minute walk away it had none of the amenities that Cerviola hotel offered. "The room was decorated beautifully. It was one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed at. Very comfortable bed and pillows. It had great full length mirrors if you wanted to do an outfit check before going out. There was a rooftop pool with a bar with music, it had a nice vibe. Wish I stayed more than one night. This hotel was close to the airport which is the reason why I chose it as I had a morning flight and I was staying on the other island of Gozo prior to this. I would definitely stay...

"Von beginn an waren wir begeistert! Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang freundlich und aufmerksam, erklärten einige Dine wie Frühstück und das nutzen vom Spa. Unser Zimmer war top, mit allem ausgestattet was Mann/Frau braucht und auch kostenlose Bademäntel waren vorhanden. Beim Frühstück war alles da, was man sich wünschte und noch mehr (frisch zubereitetes Omelett 🤗). Nach dem ersten Tag brauchte ich auch unsere Zimmernummer nicht mehr nennen, weil der Concierge Herr Nevadin alles sich gemerkt hat…...

"The hotel is cleaned to a very high standard. On our arrival we were met by Vladimir who was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. Our room was immaculate with clean towels twice a day, Marlon needs a special mention as he always left a different artwork with towels on our daily return. The Quaterdeck bar is great, a special mention must go to Reuben and Ritika who were so attentive and always so welcoming, loveliest people. "Location is excellent, rooms were perfect, with refreshments/fridge/minibar. Pool is very small but lovely way to cool off at end of the day. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. It would have been nice if the breakfast restaurant could have been used later in the day for refreshments - the only place is the rooftop terrace in full sun. All in all, a lovely hotel and would definitely stay again."
