"2 out of 4 nights of my stay there were children in the indoor pool even though it was supposed to be 14+ only after 6pm. This was quite annoying. The jacuzzi was also not operational for the whole week I was there. Staff were very friendly. Room was very spacious and an excellent location. Just slightly let down by things within their control."

"The hotel is cleaned to a very high standard. On our arrival we were met by Vladimir who was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. Our room was immaculate with clean towels twice a day, Marlon needs a special mention as he always left a different artwork with towels on our daily return. The Quaterdeck bar is great, a special mention must go to Reuben and Ritika who were so attentive and always so welcoming, loveliest people. "The hotel was in ideal location walking distance to everything. Hotel setup is lovely calm and peaceful. All the staff were helpful and polite. Room were nice and clean. Pool on roof terrace was plus point too. Breakfast ypu had a choice of having continental or hot or both. Overall breakfast food and staff service excellent. We would stay again."

The Grand Hotel Excelsior offers everything you would expect from a five-star resort: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a well-equipped fitness center, multiple restaurants and bars, and excellent amenities.
