"- before arrival we tried to contact the hotel several times, but emails were not responded to and the only available phone number was not answered or disconnected;
- upon arrival, we were not expected. There was no-one to meet us at the boat;
- we had to search for someone in the hotel - it seemed completely deserted;
- once we had our luggage brought to the hotel it was unclear who we were and what we booked, and that did not change at least until the next morning;
