"The room was rented with a broken TV and the hotel management didn’t bother fixing it or disclosing ahead of time. After making a complaint all the said was sorry for the inconvenience! The place is so small and run down with the rooms facing a shady alley. Pleas stay away from this place to avoid ruining your stay! "

"The accommodations were good. No facecloths were left in the room. Kitchen facilities were great. The blind in the bedroom did not have a pull string to close the blind. The carpet in the living room area was very dirty. The staff when checking in was not customer service friendly. The staff when checking out was great with customer service. Parking when we arrived was not the best.The parking lot a block from the hotel was full.Ended up parking in the college parking lot which charged us...

"It was a clean room and it had everything I needed. It was also close to the metro station and bus stops which made it even better! It was a cozy place and it was exactly as the posts! Would definitely recommend this place!"

"Perfect for a family of four on spring break. The location is amazing and near so many good places to eat and shop. It’s a block away from the metro that easily took us to explore different neighborhoods and also to the Via Rail Canada station in about 20 min in a straight shot. Super easy to check in and out and text with the host for questions. The building (and the whole city) felt safe as well. Looking forward to returning and recommending to others."

"Had a really great stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth. The location was also convenient and close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again"

"Charming building in a great location. Everything we could want or need close by. Easy, prompt communication. Comfy bed, nice decor. Only friendly feedback would be a task lamp in the main space as very bright overhead lighting was the only option. We had hoped to find a cute lamp in one of the many great vintage shops nearby and use it before adding to our home ;) We loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you! "
