"Hotel was somewhat luxurious but sorely lacking in info. There was no hotel binder, TV channel, or QR Code in room with hotel information. So I had to call reception to find out how to use the safe (no info on safe); where the pool was located and whether towels were supplied or if I had to bring my own; how to operate the AC/heater; how to locate the parking lot, etc., which I am sure was as annoying to them as it was to me. Particularly galling was that there was a required room check at check out time (again, no info on this in room) so I was delayed at check out time, which was concerning because I was on my way to the airport."
