"The room was very good. You will enjoy nice view and great food offered from the hotel. But the service we have experienced wasn’t that great. They kept us waiting for the engineer to fix the air con for an hour without notice so we have to call to check by ourselves."

"The Mariam never disappoints. The room was comfortable. The beds allowed a great night sleep. The coffee on the balcony in the early morning overlooking the pool and neighborhood was peaceful and an extremely relaxing way to begin the day. Rasha and Jawoud were very welcoming. Finally, the morning breakfast was scrumptious and fueled for the day. Love, love the Mariam. A returning visitor since 2012. As well, Madaba is a jewel. "

"The resort grounds and overall property are beautiful, and the Dead Sea itself was an incredible experience, but unfortunately the stay did not fully live up to the price point. The room was not particularly clean upon arrival, and the food quality at several of the on-site restaurants was disappointing considering the cost. "Our flight was delayed and we ended up coming straight from the airport after dark, we were jet lagged and exhausted but felt better after receiving a warm welcome from Grand Hotel Madaba staff. There was an issue with the AC which was resolved quickly and the room was quite comfortable. Breakfast was huge and we felt fully ready to experience the day! The only regret is we didn’t have time for a swim before checking out."

"The Staff was fabulous but the grounds were understaffed. The restaurants were at the local mall, and the walk was difficult for my elderly mother. You could Uber to the mall however. It was a low guest count and the staff seemed low in number so the grounds were not as clean as the other hotels around the dead sea. The room was impeccable however. The childrens pool area had some rusty parts on the slide. But the water was clean and the amenities were very fun. "
