"The room was very good. You will enjoy nice view and great food offered from the hotel. But the service we have experienced wasn’t that great. They kept us waiting for the engineer to fix the air con for an hour without notice so we have to call to check by ourselves."

"The roomwas beautifully appointed, the amenities were good, and Roshd our room housekeeper was excellent. Each day he made designs on our beds with towels and flowers and made sure we had waters. The wait staff at the restaurants were good too. SADAMAat check out was very good "

"Khalil from the brown bar was amazing , funny conversations amazing vibes great food I recommend the crispy chicken . The buffet is also amazing too much variety is available. The spa is amazing … Majed from reception is also very nice. Over all everything is beautiful "
