"The experience in Romantic Moment Rum is inexplicable as it seems like you're in another planet. As for the camp, Atef, the owner was incredibly accommodating and so easy to deal with. The food at the camp's kitchen could be better; it's mediocre, to say the least because Jordanian foods are generally savory. Lastly, (I hope they change this...) you'll have to pay extra for a bottle of water or a cup of coffee or juice on top of the 15 JD mediocre dinner. However, if you can look past the food...

"Stayed three nights in February. Please note that the camp is about 15 minutes drive from Wadi Rum Village and is not in the village as shown by the map. Apparently most of the camps in Wadi Rum do this is to stop guests trying to drive themselves to the real site and getting stuck in the sand! Make sure you call them in advance and they will collect you from the village. Location is beautiful. Camp has about 10 fixed tents plus toilet/shower unit and eating/communal area with fire.
