"Quiet area in Reykjavik but in walking distance to the Rainbow Street area. 5 minutes from a grocery shop. The apartment had all the right amenities supplied in the kitchen - toaster microwave, fridge etc that helped us make dinners rather than go out every night. Comfy bed and secure system to enter the property. Very quick communication from the owner. A pleasant stay. "

"This Hotel is very central to everything. There are bus stops at the bottom of the road. We used bus stop 14. Although there is no parking at the hotel itself there is parking locally. We parked in parking area 3 which was free for the weekend and very cheap at other times. Only a two minute walk away. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when you asked questions. "Good: location is pretty excellent Bad: communication could’ve been better. We have to wait the next for a message. And no one answer right away when we call. Our living room heater is broken (told them when we arrive) they send someone to check two days after and the guy said he’ll come back and he never did. We used the dish washer and soaked the kitchen because the water wasn’t draining properly (no one came to check after letting them know). Our garbage supposed to be pick up every two days...
