"The room wasn’t very clean, the toilet brush was dirty and not cleaned after use from the previous visitors also they didn’t leave a new sponge for the dishes, this was very disappointing as we stayed here before and didn’t have this experience. The building is very noisy, as I stated we stayed here before and both times the neighbors were very noisy at unusual times very early in the morning and the middle of the night which was very disturbing. We won’t come back here again."

"A wonderful hotel that set the standard for hospitality in the heart of London. We stayed in the Suite with a balcony and a nice view of London bride and the river. From the wonderful friendly and efficient Don, the the very helpful Ilya who extended our checkout time and booked us into a two hour session at their "hospitality suite" ( a first for me in my many years of travelling) to the charming Louise at reception who welcomed us on arrival, this is hospitality as it should be.
