"I arrived early for check in & wasn't made to wait. In fact I was upgraded to the Princess Suite. However, the noise on the rooftop due to renovations started a bit early in mornings -7.00am. My recommendations are that general hotel rules should be placed in a folder in each room. Also a dedicated dining area inside the general hotel area for guests. Location, convenient; staff very pleasant & helpful. I especially liked the amenities provided & the free laundry service. Thank you 🙏👍❤️"

"Room was good and comfortable. Bathroom needs updating, there were broken tiles and windows wouldn’t close in the bathroom. I didn’t like that pool is in the dining area. However, the food was good and Romel the driver was very nice while driving us around. I felt safe and would return here."
