"Staff/service was very slow. There was no hot water running in our room. The entire stay went by and we were having cold showers. There is no kettle in the room, so you can not get boiling water for a tea or coffee after 10 pm. The coffee machine was not working in our room. The safe wasn’t working when we first arrived; shortly after, the engineer arrived and fixed it- so we were able to use the safe in the room during our stay. There was a broken piece in the shower stall. The toilet clogged...

The property was immaculate, staff were friendly, their bar/coffee shop and variety of foods being offered at the lunch buffet were all excellent. I loved the shuttle (can be used upon request if needed, but let the property know ahead of time)."

Very close to banks. GRA is one straight drive on camp street. I didn't like the breakfast - only took the breakfast one day - the other days I ate out (not a problem for me)"

The staff were friendly and very helpful, food and ambience was top shelf compared to the other resorts and hotels in Georgetown. Add this to your list when visiting Guyana. "
