"It was our first time staying here and we enjoyed every minute of it. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is exceptional. Lots of friendly faces and lots of smiles and always willing to help and answer our questions. Our whole family enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace while enjoying the views. Breakfast was delicious and always fresh and hot. We felt very safe the whole time. It was a bit of a walk to the center but worth it! We got the Loft Suite. Room was a bit tight for a family of 5...

"The hotel is rightly located at the center of Antiqua. Our room is decorated beautifully, clean and very well mentained. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is nicely prepared and delicious. We would strongly recommend for anyone to stay at San Rafael."

"The staff were absolutely incredible and extremely helpful and the breakfast was phenomenal. The hotel definitely lived up to the pictures, it was very pretty. The pool is only available for a short period during the breakfast period which wasn’t ideal for me as it’s pretty early and cold but other than that, it was a good stay. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to others!"

"La primera noche me hospedaron en una habitación sin A/C, sin caja de seguridad y sin blower de pelo. A solicitud me cambiaron al próximo día. El staff super atento y el restaurante del hotel es bueno."

"Porta hotel is beautiful, comfortable, cozy and the staff is amazing! Very friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are comfy, clean and beautiful. The beds. Pillows and blankets are comfortable. The bathrooms are nice. The pool is heated. Their restaurant serves yummy food. The room I stayed in had a fire place I enjoyed so much! Feels like a resort! Absolutely love porta hotel and will definitely be back!"
