"Our stay at Cresanto Luxury Suites was truly unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful, spacious, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. The private pool was perfect, and every detail reflected luxury and comfort. What made this stay extraordinary, however, was the incredible customer service. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and escorted to our room. While it was very nice, it wasn’t quite what I had envisioned. This trip was especially meaningful because I was honoring the 14th anniversary of my son’s passing. The room and the view meant so much to me—they represented a place where I could feel close to him. Angela took the time to truly understand what this stay meant to me. She listened with genuine compassion, spoke with the manager, and arranged an upgrade to the most spectacular, spacious suite with a breathtaking view. Standing there, I felt like I could reach the sky and hug my son. It gave me a sense of peace that I will never forget. I will always be grateful to Angela and the entire team for their kindness. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes from Fira and around 20 minutes from Oia. I actually loved being in a quieter area—it allowed us to enjoy the beauty of Santorini without the crowds while still being close to everything. I traveled with my 9-year-old twin daughters, and they were welcomed with so much love. Thank you for all that you have done for us."

"Very clean and stylish. It does not have many amenities. Incredible and little scary view from a mountain top. You would have to be adventurous to enjoy being that high up on a mountain. But it is a gorgeous view."

"Came here with my 2 kids. It was a perfect location very easy to get picked up for tours that we booked. Restaurants were booked when we got there but they fit us in at the front desk. Everything was perfect except I felt that the pools closed too early. They closed at 6pm but other than that I would definitely stay here again."

"Location was little away but 6-7 min uber ride was all we needed. Hotel is very busy. Naturally I guess gives the feeling of not super clean. Don’t look under the bed you will not be able to sleep. I just wish staff were little more friendly. Little more clean with detail. Towels and sheets super clean. View from the roof top is spectacular."
