As a gold member of Expedia, the hotel has given a special care with the letter from the manager and free soft drinks as a complimentary. The email response from the hotel is very fast and welcome. We are really happy to stay in this hotel."

"I booked a room with a double bed and we barely were able to just lie down without even turning and we are both regular size persons. Extremely tiny room, very uncomfortable and small bed. Breakfast was ok but modest- no eggs, no hot foods. Convenient location and very helpful staff but would not stay there again. "Everything was perfect - check menu before you have dinner - what is posted online is different from restaurant menus - my husband and I got 2 different menus at dinner - we went elsewhere - town square has many options The staff is great!!!"

"The hotel is an ancient stone building with all the charm you could ask for. The staff were engaged in being helpful. No lift, so stairs to climb with luggage. Breakfast was entirely satisfactory. Excellent location in the heart of Avignon."

"The room was a lot older than expected. The bathroom just had a bathtub with a long handle shower head but nowhere to hold the shower head higher so you can't really shower standing up. It also didn't have any shower curtains"
