"Just out of town but they do a free shuttle bus into the town. A cab is €10. We stayed in their apartments (opposite the main hotel) which gave you a small lounge, conservatory and then the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. It smelt a bit musty but we were there a few days and so it soon cleared. There was also a car parking space under the apartment. We never ate there but used the sun terrace and pool and had a night cap in the bar."

"Purpose-renovated from a retired hospital, this property provided an excellent location near the centre of Santiago. Clean, quiet, modern, it feels like a multi-star hotel, but it is BnB. The only quibble was that the entry security is perhaps a bit lax as anyone could come in from the street and walk right by the front desk without challenge. Management was advised of this and indicated they would consider this as a valid concern to be addressed."

"The location is excellent and in front of the beach. The only negative is that the shower system is very complicated to understand at the beginning and a sign explaining how to use it would be appreciated. I had to take my first shower on my knees and for a senior person is not a fun thing."

"Booked suite with sea view for partners birthday. Very large double bedroom, sitting room, bathroom with jacuzzi bath and hallway. Fantastic sea views towards Cabo Silleiro. The parador, its grounds and surrounding area on the promontory offer great walks. Wonderful buffet breakfast, even cava for birthday! Lovely terrace for drinks looking towards Isles de Cies, Monteferro, right round to Sabaris and Baiona. Sampled terrace menu, beautiful fresh tuna salad and galician pizza. Would love to stay...

"Amazing hotel and staff! We had a wonderful stay overall. The front desk and restaurant teams were exceptional, friendly, attentive, and truly made our experience special. We dined in both restaurants and enjoyed the food very much. The breakfast is strongly recommended! The only downside was the spa staff, who were noticeably less friendly and welcoming, which led us to cancel our spa booking. Will return for sure"

"A good hotel about 15 to 20 minutes from the old town. Superior Room was very spacious and good bathroom and shower. Tea and coffee making facilities in room and use of gym in sister hotel 200 metres away."
