We loved our stay at the Hotel Spa Relais & Chateaux. The room was spacious with a most comfortable bed. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. It is a drive to Santiago de Compostela but seclusion from the city was a bonus for us.

The location is magical and we are so lucky that we didn’t stay down town Santiago Compostella. You can hear the stream sounds from the room. Service was fantastic all around. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was superb. Food and service were excellent. Front desk staff were exemplary and easy to reach. I would like to thank Elias for his efforts and dedication throughout our stay. Also Noelia was very helpful. Definitely recommend staying here if your journey takes you to Santiago De Compostella

Beautiful and confortable place.

It was a very pleasent experience. The hotel is located in a wooden area and is beautifully decorated with valuable furniture pieces that make a nice stay there.

Nice quality property with friendly and helpful staff. Area is nicely wooded with a stream running along a walking path. We walked into old town and the cathedral 2.2 miles without issue. Food was good quality and reasonably priced!

A lovely place

We loved every minute of our 2 night stay. We liked our comfortable room, the breakfast, restaurant and cafe (with the bar). We enjoyed being in the garden and swim in the pool and sitting in the cozy sitting room in the evening. We loved the friendly atmosphere in this old building. The entrance to the SPA was 30 € per person, so We stayed by the pool in the garden instead. All the staff were very nice and professional. It’s a short drive to the busy Center of Santiago de Compostela but here you feel like you are in the countryside.

Great place but the pool is not open to all guest.

Unfortunately, we didn’t check to see that the pool was available to guests without a reservation. Seems strange that they highlighted photos of the pool but you have to make a reservation and pay a fee to use the pool, for a limited time. The pool and hot tub are within the Spa. Breakfast, the lounge and bar areas are beautiful, warm and friendly. This place is not within walking distance of the town and taxi services are limited. The town is bustling with tourists and students and has a lovely evening atmosphere.
