Room was really clean and bathroom was huge!!! The hotel has a very good location. I loved how friendly and hepful the staff was. I will come here again.
This hotel provided two nights of luxury to two tired Camiño pilgrims. Super comfortable beds, fluffy white robes and slippers, a good breakfast and great staff, what more could you ask for?

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The fact that the employées really enjoy what they do and this is quite evident in their constant smile when you approach them and their sincere desire that the guests enjoy their time at the hotel and their beautiful city.
Very good place. Great location, very helpful staff. Breakfast with multiple choices. Highly recommended.

Okay, but not amazing
A nice hotel in a convenient location. Staff were friendly, but I was surprised at some details. For example, our room was not as clean as it could have been (dust, cigarette burn on bed runner) and some of the power outlets ‘squealed’ whenever we used them to charge our phones. The good points just about outweigh the bad ones, but I wouldn’t want to spend the same amount of money here again knowing I could get a better experience elsewhere.
I really love me small modern hotel with excellent facilities and the most fabulous staff. The biggest thank you to the wonderful Antia who worked so very hard to find out where I had left my mobile phone - it was located in the taxi we had used- and managed to get it brought to the hotel for me so I could continue my onward journey. What a star !
We were in Vigo for three nights on our way from Paris to Lisbon. This has been the best hotel we’ve stayed in. The room was spacious, with built ins and shelves easily accommodating toiletries and clothes. the Queen bed really comfortable and two pillows of different styles - very comfy. The first morning we were late to breakfast - but the supervisor made sure that the full selection was available - fresh orange juice (you see them being squeezed) reasonable coffee, fresh fruit, cereal, meats and cheese, tomato, toast, rolls, pastries - the lot. Meanwhile, every trip to explore, we checked ideas with the reception. They provided terrific advice - from using the travelator on Gran Via to get to Castro Park, to finding good places to eat. A thoroughly wonderful few days - unexpectedly excellent
I enjoyed a one-night stay in a spacious and comfortable apartment. Good wifi and tv choices, fridge and safe, room service meal ordered in by a staff member. The windows had a courtyard and swimming pool view so had to keep them closed during the time I was there in the day as people were sunbaking by the pool. There’s a lot to see in Vigo and the hotel is in a convenient location for walking to the main sights (and the sea). Note that many shops are closed on Sundays, but eateries are mostly open. Staff were helpful. Overall, good value and I was happy with my choice.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Extremely disappointed we choose this hotel for our stay in Vigo.
The GOOD: Large rooms, big bed and large bathroom.
The BAD: No basic amenities in the hotel room (e.g. no kettle / coffee machine). None of the rooms have a view of the bay and if you're already vacationing in Vigo you can find a hotel room with a beautiful view of the bay basic amenities for the same price range. Parking is EUR 15 a night and a very right squeeze. Breakfast is EUR 15 but we did not try it out.
On a personal note, we celebrated our one year anniversary during our 2 night stay. We notified the hotel in advance. We were very surprised that nothing was done on their behalf for the event. Even if a room upgrade is not available, the hotel has numerous options just to acknowledge the occasion for minimal to no cost (e.g. card in room, fruit, breakfast etc. - literally anything). This is just bad hospitality.
While the hotel presents itself as a boutique property, the experience leans more toward that of a conventional establishment. Although the accommodations are comfortable and the service is perfectly adequate, it does not quite capture the distinctive character, intimacy, or curated attention to detail one typically associates with a true boutique hotel. That said, it may still appeal to those seeking a straightforward and reliable stay rather than a more personalized or design-driven experience.
