"Nice short stay next to chessington park ! room was clean and tidy"

"Nice hotel, but two problems: Signage is useless in the dark. I drove past the entrance twice before asking locals for help finding the entrance. The room was too hot. The windows only had a small section to open, so no breeze could be captured to cool the room - this was not in any heatwave and outside temperature was a pleasant 68 degrees. It's the window design that's the issue and they need replacing with properly opening ones."

"We stayed at Woodlands Park Hotel while visiting Chessington World of Adventures and had such a lovely stay. The hotel is in a beautiful area and feels peaceful and relaxing, while still being really convenient for Chessington. We stayed in the Queen’s Chambers, which was a gorgeous room — spacious, comfortable and full of character. It made the stay feel that little bit more special. "Feels relatively run down. My sink was stopped shut and it took myself and the overnight attendant 20 minutes to figure out how to make it usable; not fun at 12 AM. The sheets were also stained which made me sleep on top of the covers. Glad I was here only 1 night, will not be returning."
