"Check in was a complete nightmare, hotel front desk was in a different building then advertised Front desk was no help unless u beg them to help. Never would I recommend this place Stay away. Room is dirty , hotel is in a dirty part of town. "

"This is the ONLY place to stay in Glasgow! Bryan welcomed us and answered all of our questions. The apartment is huge and can easily accommodate up to four. We had four massive windows with a street view. The shower was great with perfect water pressure. It was easy to adjust the temperature in our apartment. "Communicated a number of issues with my one night stay to Hotels.com and the property did not respond to these issues. Issues mainly around the following: numerous large dirty carpet stains throughout apartment; toiletries of previous guests in bathroom (including toothpaste, shower gel, deodorant and hair spray); cardboard and sticky tape used to secure pipes in bathroom; various damage to furnishing including hole in blind and faulty blinds which could not be pulled up; dirty stains on...
