Check in lento (llegamos 45 minutos antes de las 15 yo tenía mucho dolor de cabeza, con dos niños pequeños y no nos dejó entrar a la habitación hasta las 15, me pareció grosero) y check out muy ágil y cordial, muy simpáticos los recepcionistas. Desayuno completo. Un día me dieron desayuno para llevar porque salimos de excursión 6.15 am y eso estuvo genial para los niños. Solo no me gustó mucho la ubicación"

"Lovely property outside of the city. Easy to get around by Uber. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Rooms could do with a little more attention to the cleaning. However, housekeeping quickly dealt with any issues when brought to their attention. Microwave, mini fridge, coffeemaker in rooms. Wifi available throughout the property. Pool and Jacuzzi open until 11pm and well lit. Gym facilities rating 8.5/10. Pretty good breakfast with a variety of breads, pastries, pancakes, French toast,...

"This place has the potential to do well if they fix a few things. The pool (both kids and adults) were disgusting, black stuff at the bottom, bugs floating in it. I don’t know where the kids club was. The gym smells of mold, the wipes were dried out and the weight had brown and black stuff growing on it. Bathroom was clean, lobby was clean. Our room was okay, bed was not comfortable at all, pillows were hard, we couldn’t really used the balcony because it was dirty and smells of urine when we...
