"Stayed during the Jazz Fest. It was actually excellent for what we needed! The pod itself was very clean and I didn't get claustrophobic at all; the bathrooms, hit or miss depending on when they cleaned it. Super nice staff! They loaned me a phone charger too. Would definitely stay again!"

On multiple occasions, we waited over 45 minutes before ultimately having to pay for an Uber because we couldn’t access the car we had driven to the hotel. "Make no mistake, this is a budget hotel. My room was nice but the decorative fireplace did not work and the TV remote was non-responsive until it launched into a pay movie on its own that the staff later agreed to remove from the bill. The mirror in main area had noticeable smudge marks, the bed sheets had several rips, and there was no bedding provided for the pull-out couch. The air conditioning was only located in the room with the pull-out couch, leaving the main sleeping area much warmer and less comfortable.
