The room was spacious and functional. For a downtown hotel, our room was relatively quiet. The location was convenient, close to major cultural activités. The amenities were above par (access to free washing machines and dryers surprised us). Desk staff was polite, friendly, and helpful.

I liked that the room was clean and that there was a kitchen. Location was great for getting around to all of the tourist attractions. The decor was outdated and the carpet in the room definitely needed to be replaced.

The downtown location is easy walking distance to the Vieux Ville (Old Town) and the Rue de St. Catherine where there are many places to eat, The Airport Bus stops just across the street. The staff was helpful giving directions to the Metro, making change for the Airport Bus and storing luggage prior to check in time. The kitchen was a little tried looking, but everything was in good working order.

We were four people, two using Wheelchairs. An apartment style was exactly what we needed! The rooms were spacious empire for equipment and even an extra bed. It was clean and the kitchen was a huge asset. Staff were always helpful and kind. The front door is a bit temperamental, so may need to ne looked at. However, kind staff or others were always there to open and hold doors. Perfect location

This hotel met my family's needs. It's not the fanciest hotel but had everything we needed for me and my 2 teenage boys. The location is really good and if you're looking for a hotel that can accommodate a larger group or family. You should definitely consider this hotel.

The location is great, it's right across from Chinatown, the airport express stops outside. 5 mins walk to metro although the city is pretty walkable. There is a free laundry room and there were always washers and dryers available. Staff are superb. It feels a safe location even although like all World cities there are signs of homelessness close by. It has a decent kitchen as well, large room and separate bedroom. It's an older dated setup but for the price it's good value,

We have a 1 year old son so the kitchen was a must. I had to bring my own dish soap and dish cloth after reading a lot of reviews. I’m glad I did. We needed a crib which they supplied no problem. Overall it was a good stay
