"Breakfast bar staff"

"This place is phenomenal, the size, so spacious. Pool area immaculate. Spa was out of this world. Staff went above and beyond. Shout out to Anja and Dorris in the spa for being amazing. My only gripe, the 4 poster beds around the pool, the charge of 150€ is excessive, for hotel guests should be free. These beds were available the whole time, with nobody on them. The breakfast was out of this world. With every option available. Literally every option. I would stay again."

"Zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding Back to basics"

"This hotel and property are amazing- 5 star all the way - every room has a view of the sea - the breakfast is wonderful they have everything you could want and more - you can eat outside in the sun if you choose - plenty of beach chairs - to go into town the bus stop is just across the street and you can buy tickets inside the hotel gift store - it’s worth the money"

"Very huge hotel. Only disappointed very cold water in the pool."

"Rooms are clean and spacious. We had a room facing the sea, and the room can be warm in the afternoon and early evening even with the shades closed. The view is incredible though. The front desk did not inform us of all the amenities the hotel offered (golf cart to beach and restaurant, beach chairs, etc), so ask during check in. The steakhouse restaurant was amazing, one of our favorite meals during our stay. This is a great hotel if you prefer to stay outside Dubrovnik and enjoy a little more...

"I will always remember the Sun Gardens hotel for its breath-taking views, their cheerful, helpful, and friendly staff, and for the legendary, world-class breakfast! I will also remember Sun Gardens for the endless stairs at the residence part of the hotel. It was quite a workout going up and down those stairs for five days. Next time we will probably stay in the actual hotel, where there are elevators!"

"Quite well located, quiet & claen"

"Some of the rudest and most unwelcoming service I’ve experienced, especially disappointing for a 5-star property. I came to breakfast at 10:30, with breakfast served until 11. Around 11:20, while finishing my coffee outside, a male employee told me I needed to leave so they could prepare for lunch. I was the only guest outside, my plates had already been cleared, and the surrounding tables were clean and set. I felt genuinely unwelcome at a hotel I was paying to stay at. If guests cannot remain...

"Great!"

"Clean, great service, nice breakfast, quiet and comfortable."
