"Wonderful breakfast, lovely room. A bit of mix up regarding city tax that was collected upon checking in and again at check out. No one informed us the tax was per night. I would have thought all taxes would have been collected at check in."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were so attentive - always offering to help with advice or services. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice and constant coffee refills . Great way to start the day. The hotel is in an ideal location around 10 mins walk to the old town. Such a nice walk in too. If you’re driving then the hotel is located not far from the main highway road that goes through all of Crete. Really handy!"

"I didn’t like the fact that we had to rake our own luggage up and back down to the lobby… also we were with friends and the gadget a Nespresso machine and we didn’t even have coffee in our room I had to request it and was given instant coffee "

You are also guaranteed excellent service and a great welcome fro Billy and Maria. Natasha and Dimitris have worked hard to improve the hotel with a great upgrade to the bar area. "Nice hotel on beach away from traffic noise etc. Smoking is allowed outside on the terrace where people are eating having their breakfast. A smoking zone away from eating area would be recommended."
