"Staff were very attentive, keen to cook your breakfast to order. Our room and en-suite felt newly renovated. It felt a little strange that there wasn’t any collective space (lounge, bar or garden) to be able to sit in and relax outside your room. There are limited car park spaces but if they run out they have an arrangement with neighbouring hotels. You can easily walk into town (15-20 minutes) and you can turn out of the hotel directly onto the road for driving the anti-clockwise tourist route...

"Room was pretty dated, room had one double bed and a twin bed as opposed to just having a Queen or King bed, which crammed the room, less space to move. Also shower was pretty dated, like stepping into a bath tub to take a shower, and very little space for moving in the shower. On top of it, room AC didn't work, and we realized it in the middle of the night when we weren't able to sleep and woke up feeling hot. I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, not worth the money, its a waste...

"The hotel was clean, and the rooms were a pretty good size. The bathroom was fantastic - it was large, with a a big mirror and good lighting. There is a large parking lot, but when we arrived on a Friday night, there were no spots available because there was an event happening at the hotel. "Toplocatie voor een hotel. Veel zit op loopafstand. Hotel is wel wat gedateerd maar verder prima. Kamer was ruim en oogde schoon. Bij het hotel zijn verschillende parkeerplaatsen. Helaas niet altijd voldoende. Van de twee nachten hebben we er 1x kunnen parkeren. Bij het hotel is een prima ontbijt verkrijgbaar."

"Charming and historic hotel in downtown Killarney. It felt like we were staying on castle grounds despite being right downtown with gardens and quiet escapes. The restaurant and bar are both magnificent and quaint with excellent food and drink. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but with everything you need. Notably without air conditioning for the warmer months. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!"

"The WiFi kept dropping out our entire stay. We were lucky if we could connect for 2-3 minutes at a time- which also meant the tv wouldn’t work. We asked them to take a look- but all they could do was reset the router. They did offer to move us to another room that may have better WiFi- but packing up all of our things up would’ve been a huge undertaking"
