Quaint hotel with nice view of the water. Close to our excursion at Skellig Michael the next morning. Quick breakfast and they opened early for us due to our early departure. Room was clean, bathroom layout was a little tight with door hitting the toilet.

Great place to stay on Valentia Island to explore the region. Staff was outstanding. Breakfast and dinner the one night we ate there were delicious. It was a pleasant experience to stay in a hotel that has been in business for over 150 years.

There was absolutely nothing about this property we did not like. It was our favorite of 12 different hotels we used during our travels. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic staff. Clean and quiet. And the food was the best we ate.

Place was beautiful front desk lady the day we checked in was great. Food in restaurant was good. We had NO warm water for showers in the morning and the lady basically said sorry nothing we could do about it.
