We had a delightful breakfast and used Salmon Leap as our launch point for driving the Ring of Kerry. We would stay there again."

"Beautiful room, very pretty hotel, decent food. However the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in and we travel a lot. Doors slamming around the clock, too close to main road. In hotels defense there was a car rally going on the 2 days we stayed. Avoid this area the first weekend of may if possible. Unfortunate because the room is gorgeous. Maybe just an unpleasant experience for us. Good luck"

"This is a lovely farm with a charming breakfast. There are 5 cows, two lovely cats and two dogs. The view for the room was amazing! Wonderful tips of what to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again."

"Our room was clean and had what we needed for our stay, but pretty basic. The hotel hallways smelled a bit like a heavy dose of Febreze, which was a bit of a turnoff. The hot tub and fitness center were not operational and seems haven’t been in some time. We did love the pub that was connected to the hotel, The Danny Mann. Great bartenders, staff and music - best part of our stay!"

"The pod was perfect for a 2 night stay. It had all of the amenities you'd expect in a hotel but nestled in a very peaceful setting. The location is excellent, midway between the downtown area of Killarney and the national park. We wish we could have taken advantage of the outdoor kitchen and fire pit area but it rained our entire stay. We would highly recommend the pods to anyone!"

"The hotel setting was in a beautiful spot with views over the lake. Red deer and water birds to be seen all around the lake. The actual room was very well decorated and both the amenities and food offered in the hotel exceptional. Would not hesitate to recommend the Lake Hotel."
