"Design was good! It was a bit"

"บริการดีเยี่ยมตั้งแต่ทางเข้ามาจนถึง counter check-in มี activity ให้ทำมากมาย แม้ราคาจะสูง แต่ทุกอย่างคุ้มค่ามากๆ"

"Gorgeous big room and TVs. SMART TV was a huge bonus. Very clean and free parking."

"All good except room temp, to hot and not able to fix by staff"

"Nice hotel"

"There is a pool and extensive workout facility - offsite. The toilet in our room did not flush properly - took a random number - between 2 and 4 - to get it to work. "Best staff I have encountered so far in Ireland"

"Perfect location, staff very friendly. Receptionist let us chexk in early which was wonderful as we could get changed for an event that afternoon. 6 stars for thoughtfulness!"

"Clean room Wonderful breakfast"

"Nice breakfast Few selections but very nice"

"The location is the best attribute as a short walk from the bus station, around the corner from Eyre Square and a short walk from the tourist streets. This is a hostel not a hotel so buyer beware, college student noise to be expected. The room was adequate although the shower did spill out into the bathroom floor and there were no anti-slip pads in place. I did take advantage of the afternoon tea time to get away from my group and read a book."

"Excellent communication from the property regarding check-in and parking. Staff were kind, informative and helpful. Great location. The hotel is clean. The hotel restaurant food was good with prompt service and decent prices. Thank you to the management and staff at The Western Hotel. I would recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed!"
