"This is an excellent location, about 15-20 minutes outside of Galway. The room was clean, included two twins and was comfortable. We were on the top floor which was up two flights of stairs, only annoying when bringing the luggage in. There was parking for about 6-8 vehicles in the back, we didn't have trouble finding a space but the lot was full each morning. "I wanted ground floor unit due to 2 people having mobility issues. sent property a request for this with no reply. arrived to be told on 2nd level with stairs as the only access. asked if we could change to ground level & told no sorry. This made our stay difficult for the ones navigating the stairs with their mobility issues "

"Great hotel - clean, convenient, and swanky! The only drawback was the need to use two different elevators and a connecting passage to get to our room in the "tower". I would suggest asking for a room in the main building to avoid getting lost (as I would have done if my partner didn't have superb situational awareness). Otherwise, a fantastic stay!"
