"This was our second stay at Lost Iguana and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Our room was very spacious, and we especially loved the outdoor shower and the incredible view.
The rooms feel like you’re staying on a private property while still enjoying all the amenities of a great hotel. We traveled with our three children and found it very family-friendly. The restaurants have plenty of food options for kids for both breakfast, lunch, and dinner and they especially loved the pool...

"A million good things to say about this hotel. Our check-in team was incredibly friendly. When they learned that my mom was sick and had to go to a hospital in San Jose, they processed our refund without any problems. Everywhere we went, the staff exceeded our expectations.
The rooftop even provided room service for us, and one staff member went out of their way to bring a special knife to cut open our coconut. This is the kind of place where you can truly relax and trust the people around you...

"We had a great time at the Westin Reserva Conchal. The property is large and beautiful with lots of wildlife (e.g. Howler Monkeys, iguanas, birds). The pool area is clean with lots of chairs. Restaurants are excellent, particularly the Bamboo, with lots of variety. Staff were also excellent, particularly Willie at the Mitra who went out of his way to ensure we had a memorable visit."

"I stayed at Si Como No Resort, Spa & Wildlife Refuge from February 19–22. When we arrived, the room was not set up for three guests and we had to wait while staff prepared it and request extra towels.
After returning home, I discovered several personal belongings missing. The hotel later confirmed that my sneakers had been left in the room and were initially mislabeled during room turnover before being found in lost-and-found. However, the jewelry items were never located and the hotel declined...
