"Clean and comfy room, very nice Staff and nice food."

"Three guests arrived between 8:00 and 9:00 am from overnight flights. The hotel front desk refused to prioritize cleaning rooms for us. There were people checking-out right in front of us, yet they made three older adults, all over 60, and one over 75, wait FIVE hours in the lobby for our rooms. They tried to tell us to pay an extra night if we wanted to sleep. They were cruel and unprofessional. It was an utterly disgusting experience."

"Spacious rooms, clean sheets and bathroom, friendly and courteous staff. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a well pointed menu. The location of the hotel is convenient, steps away from MUT (Mercado Urbano Tobalaba) and Tobalaba Metro station. "

"Gym had leg press and leg extension which I was pleasantly surprised at for such a small space. Also the pillows were incredible "
