"Everything about this place was awesome. I stayed here for three days in a suite on the 12th floor. The view was awesome, the staff was REALLY awesome and helpful/kind, the pool was great and usable, the rooftop bar was affordable and actually delicious. They have an amazing coffee machine in the lobby that you can use at will. Every time I stay in Santiago, I will stay here."
