This is a resort. I was just looking for a hotel close to the treks. The hotel corresponds to the four stars. The restaurant was excellent. The restaurant service could be better, meaning they could do a better job explaining the menu and suggesting Chilean food.

Not to be missed if travelling through Chile

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s easy to get to by bus if travelling through Osorno. Just a local bus company ELP. Great Spa, fabulous grounds with walking trails. Bowling, mini golf and plenty for kids too.

I have stayed at many hottie and have had the fortune to stay at many luxury hotels. I consider that the Termas Puyehue is one of my favourites. The safety is outstanding and the facilities incredible for those who like luxury and a lovely natural environment. My wife and I particularly enjoyed the Mapuche menu. The hot spas were also memorable, as was the architecture. We cannot wait to visit again.

Excellent hotel, so many children

Everything about the retreat is fantastic, but be warned, there are just so many kids running and crawling around the dining room floors and playing loudly in the halls and pools.

Awesome honeymoon experience

Overall, great stay, I opted for the full package and it was worth it with abundant choices, especially in the food and drinks section. The Hotel has a great variety of experiences available. We were pleasantly shocked to learn that our first free buffet was included upon arrival.

Paradise—only if your idea of paradise is cacophony of screaming children. This place it’s maybe too family friendly, to put it on more positive terms. Spa and massages were great though. The common areas are hell if you’re looking to relax, and there’s no escape, you’re supposed to have breakfast/lunch/dinner here because this is a resort experience. Staff is a mixed bag. In conclusion, not worth it for the price if you’re not packing kids.
