Rooms were big and beds comfortable On the negative, rooms needed update, windows were not cleaned, service was mixed (some great, some very bad, such as Santiago from reception and Ana from quality), shuttle to airport only every one hour, distance to airport 15 min due to a huge loop although hotel is very close, jacuzzi had no hot water, lobby bars were...

"The bad made a lot of noise, “like it had rusted springs in it” every time I moved. Some type of electrical motor/pump would run intermittently creating a loud noise that was much louder than the planes taking off. We are in our 60s and don’t hear very well anymore but were unable to sleep most of the night. Restaurant was good."
