"The room was pretty standard which we expected, but no fridge or hairdryer. The shower had a constant drip, the bathroom had an odour. The basin had a crack in it and when the room was cleaned the used mugs were not changed but rinsed out as there stains from previous use."

"The room i got was the smallest room and the staff guy lied to my face saying it was the biggest room in the hotel. I know because i booked another room and found out that was bigger than what i had originally. The AC kept getting locked and i had to run down to reception every couple hours to get it unlocked. "Staff excellent and so helpful. They provided a stress free experience as i was travelling alone with my grandson. Excellent value for money and in a perfect spot for visiting Windsor Castle. Fabulous air conditioning which was needed. Excellent high pressure shower with a larger than averagr cubicle. Refreshing to have so many places to sit and relax thanks to sofas and chairs. "It could be a lovely hotel if the staff smiled and had a clue what was going on. There was a lovely and friendly lady on reception, and one of the waiter serving in the evening was friendly, as was one of the bar staff (Josh).
