"Very strategic location either going in to town or early morning flight from Heathrow. Very close to Hatton Cross station . Hatton Cross to airport terminals Is free of charge by tube but you still have to use your credit cards or Oyster card to tap in and tap out . Room very clean, staff super helpful and kind . Gym area and pool very clean and well maintained —ideal for a quick workout before your flight. Definitely the hotel is an hidden gem at Heathrow Airport . Breakfast is pretty good too ."

"Stayed here two nights before an international flight so it would be easy to get to the airport the morning we left. Moxy delivered on my expectations better than almost every other hotel during my two week stay in the UK. The property was clean, well staffed and all the staff even the cleaning people were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and quiet (somehow you can’t even hear the planes) and the breakfast buffet is great I highly recommend adding it on. The breakfast had options to cater to every taste and diet plus lots of places to sit. My only complaint is in the twin room you only got one pillow each."

"Clean room, great bed, very few amenities in the room. It was very near the airport and we could not hear the airplanes - but we could hear every door slam and conversation in the hallway, as well as the footsteps of those on the floor above us. The shuttle to the airport never arrived so we took an uber. This felt more like a hostel with private rooms than a hotel, even if it was advertised as a budget hotel."

"When we checked in there was water near the bed and smelled like it’s been sitting there awhile. Smell was like an old mop pail sitting out to long. We called front desk and they sent a worker who put a towel over the wet spot and left it like that. Our whole night the room smelled unpleasant. We asked for a shower mat as the tub was slippery and that took 4 phone phone calls before we got what we asked for. "
