"The hotel and rooms were really small and they failed to tell us at check in that we had to insert the key card into the wall for electricity so due to us not being able to call down (there’s no phone in the room) to front desk for help we had to walk down there for every inconvenience and that electricity thing was the first of a few. The staff were really helpful throughout though so the stay wasn’t that bad. "

"The hotel had everything we needed. Basic hotel but nice. Good that it was an easy walk to two tube stations. Access to the central line, jubilee and circle lines was a bonus. Hôtel was clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast is really nice. Complimentary coffee machine and filters water station was also great to have. Thanks "

"First room was quite noisy, was able to change rooms to a much quiter location. Breakfast was varied and filling. Location is great, multiple restaurants and few minutes to Bayswater tube stop."
