This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. "A great place to stay for a concert at the Apollo. Dinner and drinks on the Thames and the venue all within walking distance and also walking distance to station. It was hot while we were staying and no air con(which is fine from an eco perspective). We were able to open the windows but this meant a very noisy night sleep. Otherwise everything that you needed for an overnight stay and the communication and checking in process was really straightforward."

"Property location was excellent however parking is expensive and not always available. The property was not the cleanest and in desperate need of refurbishment. The sofa was stained and curtain rail fell of three times. Kitchen hasnt got basic utensils. Couldn’t get into the apartment on multiple occasions but customer service were always helpful. "

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3

"Excellent hotel when you have an early morning flight. There’s a walkway connecting the hotel to terminal 2 and it is a quick and easy walk. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, even if the airport is directly beside the hotel, I did not hear any planes landing or taking off. "

Fantastic hotel with a great view of heathrow runw

"This hotel was an impulse book on my part. After getting the bus from terminal 2 to the hotel,everything was great.I book rooms with a runway view. The rooms were clean,comfortable and well equipped. The staff in every area of the hotel were outstanding. We had drinks and bar snacks from the bar area, excellent sellection of food and drink. Breakfast was buffet style full english and continental, and all superb. Id stay here again if ever i return to london heathrow. "

"Good property. The shuttle from the airport does cost money, so just be aware ahead. The main areas are a little older and could be updated (carpet, etc), but clean. The room was ample, comfy bed and very clean. Would stay here again."
