"Went midweek and it was very haphazard, yes there was a schedule of entertainment but no it wasn’t followed. Got pizza delivered in the evening. There was very little choice in the park itself for food and coffee even harder to come by. The room itself was grand - the treasure hunt a highlight."

"The Windsor Castle Hotel was charming. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was only fair. We did not find the breakfast buffet very appealing."

"Very average and dated hotel. Room was clean, but had a musty odor. Bed was old and sagged with probably a few broken springs. This could be room dependent but definitely a negative. Overall this place was just ok - nothing really terrible but also nothing amazing."

"The property is a little dated but the rooms are spacious and it is very welll located. I reguarly stay tere on visits to the UK, all of te staff are always very helpful."

"Nice clean hotel with good service"

"We were so pleased with this stay we never left the hotel until checkout. We promised to be back someday. Stunning architecture and grounds, interesting history, and relaxed dining. Peaceful and lovely."

"The room was very comfortable and nice high ceilings."

"A lovely hotel with beautiful outside space."

"Room was clean. Hotel tired in places. Staff were excellent and could not be more helpful, especially dealing with my food allergies"

"nice clean hotel nice staff good food"

"ควรเปลี่ยหมอน เพราะหมอนหมดสภาพแล้ว"

"It was so bad I left and never stayed. I’ve seen pub hotels and this one was abysmal. The stairs were crooked, rickety with foul smelling carpet. I looked into the bathroom area. It looked like inner city school worn linoleum and I spotted a piece of paper on the floor. CHAT’s description of quaint and charming couldn’t be further from the truth. Expedia was no help and I was left stuck in the middle. Only redeeming thing was parking was provided and the bed looked ok. The rest 👎👎👎"
