"One of the worst experiences I got from this property according to my global traveling experience this Hotel I can consider one star not rather than that. I booked from Expedia but I left earlier than expected it was two days earlier but Hotel management wasn’t paying my dues. it’s I am considering as a highway robbery. I don’t recommend anyone for choosing this property for five star level staying."

"The administration (and reception) was horrible.
I paid for my stay when I booked through Hotels.com, but I was charged again when I checked in. I should have been more careful, but I paid.
I noticed this double payment after returning home and contacted the hotel. Their response was slow, and they never admitted the fault and refused to refund.
I have not received the refund yet, so I decided to write this.
My colleague, who stayed for the same duration, made a reservation through...

"What an amazing experience! I am from the uk and stayed here one night making use of the spa, shisha lounge and dining room. I loved everything about this place.
