"There were numerous stains on the bedsheets, quilts, and pillows, which I noticed upon arrival. However, I chose not to report them, as our stay was for only one night. During checkout, the staff inspected the room and accused us of causing the stains. "Overall a decent hotel. Plenty facilities available for guests. I was staying at room 804 very good size. What i found i that particular room was both batwere not hygienically clean,and had to call reception to provide towels..no tea coffee or milk but kettle and small pot of suger.. .the big question is, would i stay again yes definitely. "Nice hotel with good facilities but the bed was as hard as a rock. Poorly trained restaurant staff. There was a thin string of something in a soup and the waiter said it is part of a vegetable; later the manager came and apologized plus free of chrage. Next day when we wanted to order fish tempura we were told to order fish fingers instead because according to him both were the same! Mostly setup for local travellers. Poorly trained staff at restaurant but tasty food. Good location near...
