"So this is priced like the peninsula, however it’s just not there. The mattress is very good, the rooms are large, but the upkeep and standards aren’t there. "Single room is very basic and doesnt look like photos. Windows have gaps. Many mosquitos get into the room. Staff kept asking for tips. 1st employee asked for tip when i requested soap. Concierge asked for tip when i requested toilet paper. At midnight 12 am 1st employee banged loudly on my door while i was sleeping and turned the handle while attempting to enter room.
