"This hotel was such a surprise! We had an unexpected layover in the Azores, and booked this hotel at the last minute. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with cold towels (it was summer) and were amazed by the beautiful property. We were also also mindblown by the handwritten welcome card and the fruit basket. "Having a kitchen in the room is helpful for cooking food bought from the grocery store just next to this hotel. With a balcony with no good view at all, room is kind of pricey. Bathroom is big but shower head has water pressure issue."

"The room was clean the staff very polite friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The only thing I felt was missing and almost every hotel has inside the room was an iron. And parking every hotel I've been to offer free parking and this hotel was expensive in my opinion it should be included. But other than that was very good."

"The staff at this hotel were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooftop pool is the highlight! Some of the hotel is dated but they keep it very clean! There is some minor road and street noise, so if you're a light sleeper you may want to keep that in mind, but I would return here again! Overall, excellent value and the location is perfect."

"Front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful however restaurant staff were outstanding. Breaking buffet was excellent. Room was satisfactory however shower doors are extremely poorly designed. Our biggest issue was that there wasn’t adequate parking available for hotel guests (two lots and yet they were full), we were 10th on the list and told it would likely be days before anything opened up. "This is one of those properties you hesitate to give a great review- only because you don’t want it to become so popular that you can’t get a reservation. But, I want the staff to prosper so I will tell you that it’s beyond amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt so relaxed. And, that was after a red eye from Boston.
