"Hotel looks nice from outside. Building looks gorgeous. Premium room and Jr.suite rooms are just big size. No amenities, no house slippers. If you book through the Expedia or 3rd parties, check in was not smoothly done. It took time."

"Very easy access to airport, brand new hotel, friendly staff and comfortable for a short stay"

"Need more costumes service and very amenities in the hotel.."

"Lovely hotel and well maintained. Literally a block or two from a very lively area but on a nice quiet street. Easy to walk to many beautiful spots. We appreciated the daily apples and chocolates. The room was clean and spacious."

"Staff were incredible. Stefania in particular was v helpful and just really positive and made us feel very welcome. Hotel is in a great location with great restaurants and cafes nearby and close to the museums. Great bakery nearby. Rooms were modern and bathroom shower pressure was great. We got upgraded and were able to check in quite early given the early flight in. Even used the refresh room for a quick shower before flight home."

Der Wellnessbereich war sauber und auch für die Anzahl der Leute genügend gross. Für die Wanderungen gab es Wasser und Früchte, die dafür extra bereitgestellt wurden. Ausserdem waren im Preis sämtliche Bergbahnen im...
