"Wonderful hotel, a modest entrance that opens up into a traditional and stylish reception area, lovely large potted plants, gorgeous tiles - a real wow for the eyes. It is quite a large hotel but has an intimate feel. Staff all so helpful and they greet you with Morroccan tea and biscuits. Well situated as in the medina. Mohammed their bell boy was so helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend"

"My stay was awful. Had ALOT of problems with the reservation. We took a 4 hour car ride just to spend another hour at the check in due to problems on the hotels end about my stay. The front desk was not helpful at all after showing all the documentation we had for our reservation through Expedia. They rejected all of what we were explaining to them and told me there was nothing they could do (couldn't call any support team for help) Because of this issue, there was a VERY VERY high unexpected...
