Air conditioning didn’t work. They didn’t really tell me that. When I asked to turn the temp down they put a tower fan in our room while we were out.

We had already paid and checked in when the staff handed us a paper saying that for 1 of the 2 days we would be staying at Sonesta Downtown Denver there would be no water or electricity. The helpful advice was if we needed water or electricity we should simply leave the hotel before 10am. NOT acceptable. ...
