"Had a fab time staff are all lovely. Room was clean with a comfy bed loads of tea and coffee in rooms and nice biscuits.Fire alarm went off a few times after coming out the shower but staff were at door within seconds to make sure we were ok must be very sensative alarm.

The property is under refurbishment and the room we stayed in (4th floor) has been renovated. We both slept like logs. The bed was very comfy and the views out over the river were lovely. "Absolutely exceeded expectations!
Even though this is technically a 4-star hotel, it more than deserves 5 stars in my book. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - special shoutout to Kerry for going above and beyond!
The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety and some excellent vegan options (which can be hard to find). The wellness facilities were top-notch too - the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room made for a relaxing and refreshing...
"Really loved our stay here! It’s very walkable but far enough away from central that it’s not so loud. Rooms were quiet and big and the bed was very comfy. Shower was lovely as well. Really enjoyed our stay! "
