"The reception staff were incredibly rude. They yelled at my partner and tried to embarrass her during breakfast because they did not like that she was wearing running shorts. While the rest of the experience was enjoyable, the staff and their rude comments has impacted enough that we will not be staying again."

"You don’t really get to explore the lake view…and I thought it was quiet and nice till the girl with bonnet that works at the front desk gives you a bad look walking in & attitude when asked a question & uninterested in being there…then there was another girl screaming & yelling in the hallway saying “everybody can leave” & trying to fight another girl..omg the price is fine but it’s ghetto "

"This hotel was average. It has seen better days. The room furniture was worn. The carpet did not seem clean. The smell of pool chlorine hits you upon arrival. The hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. They even charge you a $100 deposit. Yet, as soon as you walk off of the elevator, there is a blast of marijuana smell that smacks you in the face. I can say that the best thing about my room was the bed and the pillows. The heat works well too."
