"Pool is advertised but this location has a pool under repair and lacks Health Department clearance. Room was overly spacious but we had to wear shoes to keep our feet from staining black. Floor needs major cleaning. This property holds an Holiday Inn name but seemed more Motel 6 (sorry Motel 6) in reality. Even the location is hidden behind other properties. You.have to bypass Sam’s Club and drive through another hotel’s lot to access this place."

"The room was clean and basic. The covers and towels were very thin. While I was there the elevator broke down, but luckily I was only on the 2nd floor. The hallways had a weird smell. Staff is friendly. Property looks like they may be doing some reservations. Overall stay was good and no bugs."

"I think for it to be a brand new hotel they had some things down like the ice machine on my floor and the pool was not heated as advertised. I also had to make several complaints on kids jumping in room above so the walls were very thin and you can hear everything so for that reason I would never stay at this location."

"I was greeted warmly and professionally. The restaurant was lovely, with excellent food. The furnishings throughout were comfortable and tasteful. It was easy to arrange for the airport shuttle. HOWEVER, my room had zero warm or hot water, which I had not realized until morning shower time(for my early flight). The front desk attendant, who greeted me from her seat/phone, said ‘just put it there on the counter.’ I followed by asking her to make some notes please…. I had no warm or hot water....
